What products does Elevate offer?

At Elevate we offer products that support varying degrees of support requirements for patients of all sizes.

We have two one-size-fits-all AFO offerings:

FreeFlow

A posterior carbon fiber AFO that provides smooth, dynamic support for patients with mild to moderate foot drop.

Glide

An anterior shell carbon fiber AFO that offers best-in-class durability and ground reaction force that supports patients that exhibit mild to moderate dorsiflexor weakness, gastrocnemius and or quadriceps weakness.

Swift System

Dynamic custom fabricated AFOs made with carbon fiber. Built in the clinic without special tooling, machinery or plaster. Swift Posterior and Swift Anterior available directly though Elevate.

Additionally, we have two one-size-fits-all HelixBand offerings that provide supplemental support to both FreeFlow and Glide. This product is built to provide reactive support that allows the patient to return to the most natural gait as possible. The custom-fit bands address patients that are under supported in an off-the-shelf device, but are over supported in a custom device:

HelixBand for FreeFlow

Varus/Valgus strap to be fitted and worn in conjunction with posterior brace, AFO1 FreeFlow.

HelixBand for Glide

Varus/Valgus strap to be fitted and worn in conjunction with anterior brace, AFO1 Glide.
